That's why it amuses me that in the time I've wasted before I have to leave for a conference, I've discovered that the guy who directed _Basic Instinct 2_ is also the guy who directed _Doc Hollywood_.
I bet _Basic Instinct 2_ would get better reviews if it had that crazy southern doctor who recites Walt Whitman when he's drunk in it.

no surprise here...but i like 'doc hollywood'. and another movie the director did called 'memphis belle'. but no amount of michael j. fox nostaglia is going to make me line up to see basic instinct 2. not that i actually think there will be a line....
I read a review where they compared Sharon Stone's breasts to "missiles." That'll haunt me.
