Not much.

A picture for you today.

That's what I've been up to. I filed my taxes. That took way too long. I wrote for about a half-hour today. I'm not sure if that's really progress or not. I guess it's better than not writing at all. I filed a lot of stuff away today. That's something. I haven't seen any movies or really gone anywhere or done anything. I am disappointed at the reviews 16 Blocks is getting. I really wanted to see Die Hard 4, but apparently it's more like Die Hard 2: not good. Oh well, I might see it anyway.

Our basketball team did finally win a game. That was pretty cool. We played four games. We won one by 4 or 5, tied one, lost one by 10 and lost one by 15ish. Last year we lost some games by thirty points, so it was a definite improvement. My stats were pretty modest. (Yes, these are over a four game period.) 1 for 4; 3 points; 2 fouls; and I suppose some rebounds and some assists (keep in mind that I am a bench player; it's not like I was out there for the full 160 minutes this season). I guess it just goes to show that you can't measure what I bring to the court in stats, bitches. Or, it may betray the fact that I can't drive or dribble. This means that I either shoot off the pass or pass the ball. Either way, we won, so it is pretty good.

I didn't really see anyone with dirty faces today. Isn't it Ash Wednesday? Maybe I just wasn't looking. Or, maybe you all just look dirty to me. Both are possibilities.

The doofus on "Around the Horn" had some forehead-schmalz. I didn't see anyone else who ran into a low doorway, either.
I would go see 16 Blocks with you, if only because I can't remember the last time I saw a movie in the theatre. Mainly because I've seen all these movies before, the first time they made them.
And the picture is what you're up to? So you've been conning an Irish gangster using horseraces? I say place it on Lucky Dan to win.

I think it depended on when you were out and about. The church was packed at 5:15.

That's a damn good looking man. And he's aged so well, too!

Hey, we also only lost that second game by 13. And that was all free-throws during the fouling orgy at the end, when we were down 4.
