Today as I was walking to campus I passed a box thrown into the snow. Printed on the box was, "Humidificator." Is this an English word? Is it a Spanish word? A German word? Is it nonsense?
I just typed it into Google; it isn't in the OED. Apparently such a product is made. What happened to a "humidifier"? Was that word not German-techno enough for you? As in, "Then Uder said, "Yah, I'm going to go med-i-val on your a-ss with this humi-di-fi-ca-tor!"
