Message: The best laundromat in the Pension Frank area is on Barerstrapre, south of Adalbert, but north of Schelling. It is newer, and maybe blue. It is _not_ a dry-cleaning shop or a 'Schull + Sauber.'

PS I don't think it's the one on the Pension's map because it was too new.
